woke up at 10:30 today i think. Used the com while waiting for time to fly coz i will be going to the gym later. Got ready, bathed, changed, prayed & left house. Met with fiq 1st then when to meet with man. We kept talking about the Dunearnite thing. I still can't decide wat to wear.
Reach at JTC Summit, met with man's dad & his frens for them to guide us to the gym. The place is damn cool i tell you. We were like VIPs, to open every single door you need this card to tap at the side. So damn cool lah, & security was damn tight. If you watch Heroes Season 3, the place i went to was like the Company's building in that show.
There was a trainer which was DAMN friendly. He tought me how to use some of the equipments there & there was no1 else in that gym. The whole gym was ours & we did many stupid things, well actually not me. Man & Fiq did the stupid things, i was so serious sei in the gym. haha!
Let's see my body is now physically in pain after 300 crunches, 200 pull ups, 500 leg curls, 200 leg press & i lifted those 5kg weights dunno how many times. It was fun ah but tiring. DUH! You need to have a very strong discipline to be in the Gym, SERIOUSLY. Like, you need to set a target how many crunches you wanna do, that kinda thing. If you don't set a target you would end up doing like 20 & then you will go & try another equiptment. No point comming to the gym.
Putting heavy weights & doing it only a few times won't change anything. It's the number of times you do and how you do it that counts. If you do it wrongly you won't feel any pain. & we went into the Sona after that, damn fun. Kk enough of gym, we went to my favourite Ayam Penyek shop to have lunch & the guy serving water was like Alex Lo. I think that guy is from Hong Kong too, the accent.
Man accompanied me to the wet market to buy some things my mama told me to. & he said my voice is like a girl when i was talking to the uncle at the stall, WTH!! Went to NTUC after that bought some stuffs and i blanja-ed man for being a kind angel to accompany me. I took 302 when my house was like across the bus stop, i felt like an idiot. Just coz i wanna accompany man, so yeah.
