woke up in the morning for subuh & slept again after that.....woke up at 8am and waited for time to fly till 10:30....i was going to the gym with hakim, luqman, syafiq & ipen.....i did many things while waiting....like using the com....watch TV...haha! OKTO!! baik ah....& i moped the whole house while every1 was sleeping...except for my bro coz he was out to work alrdy
met with luqman at 11am and we went to Lot 1....was suppose to have breakfast but instead we met with syafiq & hakim and we went straight to the gym....arrived in the gym and hakim paiseh....he thought the person was talking to him...so he asnwered back....but the person was actually talking to the person behind him...all of us laughed and he gave the cool look..ahahah!!
went into the gym and tried the arms thing 1st....me & luqman turn by turn change....he did this abs thing while i did the arms thing....when either 1 of us was tired...we would swap.....all of us concurred the treadmill after that....hakim ran 5 laps...i ran 6....luqman and syafiq i dunno how long....and my fastest speed was 13 while hakim was 12.....13 i think is like 6 metre per second like that lor
after running on the treadmill my head was dizzy....so decided not to run again....went to the weights corner with luqman...and we carried some weight....woah...my veins all pop out siol....like Hulk like that...and wahlao that place scary....all the people there was like 4-5 times bigger than me....and they were like in the 20s.....luqman left me and i was alone there with those big guys...& i feel really pathetic...coz they were all carrying heavy weights...i give you a scenario
Big guy 1: hey! you carrying 20kg?
Big guy 2: nope...it's 40
Dosh: *looks at the 7kg weight on his hand patheticly*
wahlao....i left that place after that ah....i kept imagining all of them would bantai me....muscles all insanely big.....after 2-3 hours in the gym....we left....as we left i kept punching hakim and saying things like "how? harder than usual or not?" PUAHAH!.....wanted to head to limbang but end up in Lot 1....ate a lot there...and went home
hakim put chilli on the back of my shirt...and god dammit i was so pissed....in the bus when we were otw home....i punched his right hand [injured] continously...ahaha!! NICE! =)
reached home....disturbed every1 i saw....told ya i am high this week....chased my sista around the house and rested awhile...tmr got the shitty Amaths thing...haiya...is Mr Beh teaching???!! haahh!! cannot wait.....now my whole body is aching....or muscles are growing?! aahah!! aye aye....my 6 pacs getting more sexy =)
